Allergic reactions are NOT COMMON and only happen to a selected group of people with very sensitive skin. All of the creams we sell contain herbal and natural ingredients which normally do not cause allergic reactions. However, people with sensitive skin react to the preservatives ingredients in the creams.

You need to have a SKIN ALLERGY TEST first before applying these products to your face/ skin.
The best way to prevent an allergic reaction is to know if one will occur. Prior to using the cream, apply a thin layer to a tiny spot on the face that can be covered by your hair. Throughout the day, observe it to see if the spot becomes puffy, itchy or warm. If all three occur, then you have an allergic reaction to the cream and should not use it at all.

"Returns Policy"

We do not offer MONEY BACK or REFUND.  We cannot help if customs in your country open the package or if they delay the shipment of the goods. We must received the goods before we can make any changes. We are not responsible for the shipping cost back to us or resending of the goods.

Shipping

We ship orders out Monday to Sunday. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours (Depends if the products at hand). The products will be coming from KUWAIT, the shipment from kuwait to Philippines will take 5 working days and from Philippines to other country will take 5-7 working days, it's all depends on your customs clrearance.

We do not usually keep many stocks.. If there's an orders only then shall we will make a purchase to the manufactrurer, direct from KUWAIT. Especially for bulk orders..

You cant track the status of your order by logging in to your account. We also notify you via email when your order status has shipped and provide tracking numbers. Express Mail tracking number can be use online at www.usps.com FOR US CUSTOMERS ONLY. We used Express Mail International on all orders, it will take 2-4 business days (USA ONLY) other countries please click here..

Order Status: If the item has not arrived in the time that we have given, please check the status of your package at your local post office using the tracking number or call usps to arrange redilvery of your package. For wholesale/bulk orders, there might be some delay due to customs clearance. We will continue to monitor your orders until it reaches you. We will be glad to be of assistance if there would be any problem on shipment. Just contact us and let us know.

Customs: When placing an order with us, please check if this product is legal in your country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our product. Customers will also be responsible for custom taxes and duties in their countries.
